Pv2 Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the pv2 platform through our website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use pv2's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendments announced by us will also be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and pv2 ("Platform" or "We"). You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on pv2, you must register an account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pv2 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the pv2 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Impersonating another person or using someone else's personal information to register an account
- Using automation software, bots or any technical means to manipulate the betting system
- Sharing your account with a third party or allowing another person to use your account
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or unlawful transactions
- Disrupting the platform's technical infrastructure or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Violation of any of the above rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information (RM)
All transactions on the pv2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the stipulated timeframe depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and applicable wagering requirements. pv2 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be communicated through the platform.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to us within 30 days of the transaction date. pv2 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Pv2 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability or the accuracy of information displayed. We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system errors or service interruptions.
Pv2's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Pv2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any unlawful activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once the required identity verification is completed. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or automatic closure in accordance with our current policy.
7. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the pv2 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of pv2 and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of our content without prior written permission.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. pv2 has no control over the content of those external sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies or content. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.
8. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pv2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
