Pv2 Responsible Gaming
The best entertainment starts with smart choices. pv2 is here to support you in playing safely, responsibly, and in control.
Pv2's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At pv2, we believe online entertainment should be fun, safe, and fully in your control. We do not encourage excessive gambling and are committed to providing a healthy environment for all users in Malaysia. Our platform is built with features that make it easy and effective for users to manage their own usage.
Responsible gaming is more than a slogan — it is at the core of how we operate. Every decision we make in developing the platform places user well-being as our top priority.
Recognise the Signs of Risky Behaviour
Recognising early warning signs can help you or a loved one take action before things get serious. Signs to watch out for include:
- Feeling the need to play with increasingly larger amounts of money to get the same level of excitement.
- Frequently thinking about gaming even while doing other things.
- Spending money that should be set aside for essentials such as food, rent, or bills.
- Lying to family or friends about your gaming activity.
- Playing to "chase back" money you have already lost.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or uncomfortable when not playing.
If you recognise any of the signs above in yourself, we encourage you to take a step back and consider seeking support.
Set Limits — Manage Your Time & Budget
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit that suits your financial situation. Never exceed the limits you've set for yourself.
Session Time Limit
Decide how long you'll play before starting a session. Use a timer on your device and stop once the limit is reached.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a short break every 30–60 minutes during a gaming session. Breaks help you make better decisions and prevent mental fatigue.
For more information on how to set limits on your account, please visit FAQ page us or contact pv2 customer support.
Self-Control Tools
Pv2 offers several self-control options that users can activate at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team:
- Deposit Limit: Limit the amount of money that can be deposited into your account within a given period (daily, weekly, monthly) in MYR (RM).
- Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary break from the platform for a duration of your choice — whether a few days or a few weeks — to step back and reassess your gaming habits.
- Self-Exclusion: If you need a longer break, you can apply for a full self-exclusion from the pv2 platform for a set period. During this time, your account will be inaccessible and any login attempts will be blocked.
All self-exclusion requests are handled with full respect and confidentiality. Contact us at [email protected] for assistance with your self-control options.
Minor Protection
Pv2 takes the protection of children and minors seriously. Our platform is exclusively for users aged 18 and above. We apply an age verification process during registration and reserve the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a user's age.
If you discover a minor using our platform, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. As a parent or guardian, we encourage you to use parental control software on shared devices at home to prevent unsupervised access.
Healthy Life Balance
Online gaming is a form of entertainment and should never replace the important parts of your life such as work, family, friends, and other hobbies. Here are some guidelines to help you maintain a healthy balance:
- Set strict time and money limits before every session and stick to them.
- Avoid playing when you are feeling stressed, sad, or emotionally unstable.
- Make sure your basic needs — sleep, nutrition, and daily responsibilities — are taken care of before you start playing.
- Get involved in other activities such as sports, the arts, or social gatherings to keep your leisure time well-rounded.
- Have open conversations with family members or friends about your gaming habits.
Seek Professional Help When You Need It
There is no shame in seeking support. If you or someone you care about is struggling with a gambling problem, professional help is available in Malaysia. We encourage you to reach out to a counselling service or a registered problem gambling support organisation in the country.
The pv2 support team can also help connect you with the right resources, or assist in activating self-control options on your account. Reach out to us any time at [email protected] — we are here to listen and help, without any judgement.
